TERMS and CONDITIONS
Notice: Green Earth Singles is a Nevada nonprofit corporation whose sole purpose is to publish the Green Earth Seniors online newsletter. None of the events is to be construed as open to the public. Every host/hostess reserves the right to restrict attendance by whatever criteria he/she may elect. Guests attend understanding that each and every participant is responsible for his/her own conduct and safety. This newsletter and all activities herein are provided on the express condition that neither Green Earth Singles, Inc., nor its officers or directors, nor any host/leaders of any activities, nor any subscribing guests or non-subscribing guests, nor any carpool drivers shall have any liability whatsoever, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, to any person attending such an activity for any injury, death, or property damage arising out of or resulting from such activity. Each person attending such an activity shall be deemed to have agreed to the foregoing conditions, and thereby waives any claim, which such person might otherwise have against any such parties for injury, death, or property damage.
Conduct
It is expected that everyone attending events will respect our policy of a 'no hustle, no hassle' environment and conduct themseves in a way compatible with the standards of the members. Excessive use of alcohol or drugs or any use of illegal drugs is prohibited at GES events.
Confidentiality
Members' personal information, such as name, address, phone number, and email address, are not to be shared with any individual or organization outside of GES without explicit permission of that member.
Hikes & Outings
Most hikes allow beginners to participate; a more difficult hike will be clarified in the write-up. ALL HIKERS ARE EXPECTED TO BE IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION. Bring children and pets only with the leader's permission. Bike riders are advised to wear helmets and boating participants to wear life jackets.
Waiver of Liability
All activities are provided on the express condition that neither Green Earth Singles, Inc. nor its officers, directors, nor any host/leader of any activities, nor any subscribing guests or non-subscribing guests, nor any carpool drivers shall have any liability whatsoever, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, to any person attending such an activity for any injury, death, or property damage arising out of or resulting from such activity. Each person attending such an activity shall be deemed to have agreed to the foregoing conditions, and thereby waives any claim, which such person might otherwise have against any such parties for injury, death, or property damage.
Note: Due to Covid-19 pandemic, all persons also agree to comply with mask, social distancing, and other Covid-19 protocols required by applicable government bodies, and the applicable event and venue. All event attendees must be fully vacinated for Covid-19. All persons acknowledge that there is a risk of Covid-19 exposure whenever an individual enters a public space, a building with other people, or a group of other individuals.
